These terms apply to parents, guardians, and students using the Core Mint parent app and student smart ID cards.

App Usage & Notifications

  • Notification Delivery: Automated SMS and push notifications (e.g., campus entry/exit alerts) rely on third-party telecommunication networks. Core Mint does not guarantee instantaneous delivery and is not liable for delays caused by network congestion or carrier issues.

  • Access: The parent portal is provided "as is" to help you monitor student attendance and academic progress. Access is granted and revoked by the school administration, not directly by Core Mint.

Smart ID Cards (RFID/Barcode)

  • The student ID card provided is integrated with the school's security and attendance system.

  • Loss or Damage: Students are responsible for maintaining their ID cards in good condition. Bending, piercing, or exposing the card to extreme heat may destroy the internal RFID chip. Replacements for lost or physically damaged cards will be subject to a replacement fee as determined by the school.
